JER Online and ACEware Systems are proud to announce the completion of their joint integration venture that allows both programs to talk to one
another. The “integration project” was designed to help both JER Online and ACEware strategic partners save time, reduce duplication and improve
student satisfaction during the enrollment process. According to Dr. John Reid, President of JER Online,
“Working closely with ACEware and Chuck Havelick has resulted in a finished product that both companies can point to as an absolute,
collaborative success. Through many hours of testing and more testing we have an end product that will consistently serve the needs of new and
existing partners and ultimately save them time and money.
The JER Online/ACEware Systems interface allows partners to offer seamless
service to students enrolling in a JER Online program through their ACEware Web
Registration interface. When a student is browsing course listings and they
choose a JER Online program offering, they are redirected to a branded JER
Online Catalog area. When they find a course they want, and go to check out,
they are then transferred back to the ACEweb check out section, where they pay
their fees. The student information is automatically stored in both the JER
Online Course Catalog Mangement system and in the ACEware Student Manager. Also,
ACEweb will automatically create a course record in the Student Manager for
course sales, thus eliminating the need to create a course record, set up fees,
and other manual tasks.
Chuck Havelick, President of ACEware has stated that “This service will reduce a great deal of data duplication and data re-entry and offer
students a better service. We encourage our strategic partners to consider this opportunity to increase revenue and enrollments.”
JER Online partners who do not use ACEware for registration services can still sell and take enrollments through JER Online’s built in Course
Catalog Mangement System.
